Terms of Service
Effective October 23, 2026.
1. Acceptance and operator
RETIRE FURTHER / RetireFurther.com is operated by Enyth Technologies (“we,” “us,” or “our”). These Terms apply to your use of the website, educational content, public AI assistant, newsletter, and contact features. By using these services, you agree to these Terms to the extent permitted by applicable law. If you do not agree, please stop using the services. Our Privacy Policy explains how personal information is handled.
2. Educational purpose
RETIRE FURTHER helps readers rethink retirement and explore choices about resources, housing, location, healthcare, purpose, relationships, and lifestyle. Retirement income, retirement design, and retirement experience are distinct; income is one input. The RESET Framework means Rethink, Evaluate, Select, Execute, Track. Educational examples and personal experiences are not promises of outcomes or statements that a particular choice suits everyone.
3. No individualized advice or professional relationship
The website, reports, articles, newsletter, chatbot, and communications provide general educational information, not individualized financial, investment, tax, medical, legal, real estate, or immigration advice. Using them or contacting us does not create a professional-client, fiduciary, advisory, agency, or similar relationship. Consult appropriately qualified professionals who can evaluate your circumstances before making important decisions. Do not delay medical care or use the chatbot for emergencies.
4. Accuracy and changing circumstances
We aim for useful, clearly attributed content, but information may be incomplete, mistaken, or outdated. Prices, laws, eligibility rules, taxes, healthcare access, exchange rates, housing conditions, and other circumstances change. Verify information with current primary sources and qualified professionals before acting. Estimates, illustrations, testimonials, and experiences do not guarantee savings, returns, eligibility, safety, or quality of life. See Editorial Standards & Corrections for corrections and updates.
5. AI assistant
The public assistant uses approved RETIRE FURTHER website content and owner-managed FAQs; it does not independently browse external research websites. AI can misinterpret questions, omit context, or produce inaccurate answers, even when a source is linked. Review the underlying content. Do not submit passwords, account numbers, medical records, identification documents, or other sensitive information. Availability and request limits may vary. See AI Transparency & Disclaimer and the Privacy Policy.
6. Newsletter
Subscriptions are voluntary and require consent and email confirmation. Do not subscribe another person without permission or use an address you are not entitled to use. You can unsubscribe through the link in our emails or request help through our contact page. Unsubscribing stops newsletter messages; necessary responses to a separate inquiry may still be sent. We do not guarantee a particular sending frequency, delivery, or uninterrupted availability. An unsubscribe request does not automatically erase records needed to honor that request or meet legal obligations.
7. Intellectual property and permitted use
Content and branding are owned by Enyth Technologies or their respective rights holders, except where otherwise identified. You may read, link to, and make reasonable personal, noncommercial use of publicly available content. Do not reproduce or commercially distribute substantial portions of the site, misrepresent authorship, or use our branding to imply endorsement without permission. These Terms do not restrict fair use, quotation, accessibility adaptations, or other rights that applicable law gives you. Third-party content remains subject to its owners’ rights.
8. Prohibited use
Do not use the services unlawfully or to threaten, harass, discriminate, impersonate, defraud, distribute spam or malware, expose private information, infringe rights, or interfere with other users. Do not attempt unauthorized access to private systems, extract credentials, evade security or request limits, or overload the service. We may restrict abusive access or remove unlawful or prohibited submissions, subject to applicable law.
9. Third-party resources
Links and references are provided for context. Third-party websites, providers, products, and services have their own terms, privacy practices, and risks. A link does not by itself establish endorsement, verification, or responsibility for their conduct. Evaluate providers and arrangements independently.
10. Financial relationships
RETIRE FURTHER may have advertising, sponsorship, affiliate, referral, ownership, development, or other financial relationships. Material interests must be disclosed clearly near the relevant recommendation or offer. Our Financial Relationships & Disclosures page explains this approach; a general policy does not replace a specific disclosure. A financial relationship does not guarantee suitability or results.
11. Future features and services
References to a possible community, membership, property project, product, or service do not mean it is available or create a commitment to launch it. Additional terms, prices, consent requirements, or eligibility rules may apply if a feature is introduced and will be presented when relevant. The Community Guidelines describe standards for future interactive features, if and when launched. These Terms do not create a purchase, investment, property, or service agreement for a future offering.
12. Availability and warranties
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the services are provided “as is” and “as available,” without express or implied warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, noninfringement, accuracy, or uninterrupted or secure operation. We may maintain, change, suspend, or discontinue features. Nothing here excludes a warranty, remedy, or consumer protection that cannot lawfully be excluded.
13. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Enyth Technologies will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive losses arising from use of, or inability to use, these services, including losses resulting from reliance on educational content or third-party resources. This limitation applies only where lawful. It does not exclude or limit liability for fraud, willful misconduct, gross negligence, death or personal injury where exclusion is prohibited, or any other liability or statutory remedy that applicable law does not permit us to exclude or limit. If a limitation is not enforceable, liability is limited only to the extent the law allows.
14. Wyoming law and jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules, subject to mandatory applicable protections. To the extent legally permitted, disputes arising from these Terms or the services will be brought in state or federal courts located in Wyoming, and the parties submit to those courts’ jurisdiction. This provision does not deprive consumers of mandatory protections, nonwaivable legal rights, or the right to bring proceedings in another court when applicable law requires or permits that right.
15. Changes to these Terms
We may revise these Terms and will post a revised effective date on this page. Changes apply prospectively to the extent permitted by law. Where additional notice or consent is legally required, we will provide or obtain it. A provision found unenforceable will be limited or severed as necessary; the remaining provisions continue to the extent lawful.
16. Contact
For questions about these Terms, permissions, or the services, contact Enyth Technologies, operator of RETIRE FURTHER, through the contact page. Please identify the relevant page or issue and do not include sensitive personal information.
